CEO & Founder
Fubusa Philipo Jonas is a Social Work Officer and a member of international organizations. He is an entrepreneur who graduated in business education from Inter Weave Solutions. He also completed a short course on the ‘Web of Support’. Fubusa is the founder and leader of the Kigwama Foundation, dedicating himself to promoting community development and assisting those in need.
Treasurer
Sociologhist & Social Worker with over three years of experience in social work practice, case management, and supporting vulnerable populations. Possesses strong practical knowledge of financial matters, socio-economic needs assessment, and community resource management, with hands-on experience that goes beyond classroom theory.
Secretary
Hassan Athuman Maulid is a dedicated teacher based in Kigoma, Tanzania. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts with Education at the Muslim University of Morogoro. Hassan has experience as a volunteer teacher at Kiganza Primary School, where he supports learners by creating a positive and engaging classroom environment. He is passionate about inspiring curiosity, critical thinking, and lifelong learning among students.
